Description

If you’re wanting to lose weight, this class is for you. A registered dietitian from Morris Hospital will discuss how to create a balanced plate by incorporating all food groups. Weight loss and weight management tips through balanced eating will also be covered.

The nutrition series is open to the public, ages 18 and older, and non-YMCA members are welcome to attend! To register, call Morris Hospital’s Wellness Manager at (815) 705-7358  or click here to be redirected to the YMCA event page. If you are not a current YMCA member, you will be required to “sign up” to register for the session. Please select the Community Member options to ensure you will not be prompted to pay the monthly membership fee to attend the free sessions.
