When your primary care provider isn’t available and you need to be seen for a mild illness or injury, you can walk-in to our Convenient Care clinic at the Morris Hospital Diamond-Coal City Campus where a nurse practitioner is available to see patients 12 months and older.

Saturdays & Sundays: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Patients are seen on a walk-in basis.
Holiday Hours: Our Immediate/Convenient Care locations are open from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. Our Immediate/Convenient Care locations are closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Thanksgiving Day. Holiday hours are subject to change.

PAYMENT:
Convenient Care is billed similarly to a physician office visit, with any x-rays or rapid lab tests additional. Copays are requested at the time of the Convenient Care visit, with the amount of the copay varying depending on your specific health plan.
Diagnostic Imaging
X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density Scan, and CT testing are available at the Morris Hospital Diamond-Coal City Campus. You can have your tests performed here even if your physician is located at another office. We’ll be sure your physician receives your test results promptly.

- X-Ray Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m.-6:30 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Ultrasound Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Bone Density Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-11 a.m.
- Mammography Hours: Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Laboratory
The Morris Hospital Diamond-Coal Campus is a site for blood tests and other specimen collections. Specimens will be processed in the Morris Hospital Laboratory with timely results sent to your physician. You can bring your order here even if your provider is at a different location.
After your provider orders a lab test for you, you can WALK IN to our Diamond-Coal City Campus or one of our other outpatient Laboratory locations. You do NOT need to wait for a call from Scheduling. Be sure to bring your photo ID and health plan ID card with you. To assure accurate results, please follow fasting instructions if applicable. If you have questions about your lab test instructions, please contact your provider’s office.
Peak lab hours are early morning for fasting patients. If your lab work does NOT require fasting, you may reduce your wait time by coming after 10 a.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
The Laboratory is closed on major holidays and may have modified hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Physical & Occupational Therapy
Individuals who are experiencing the physical effects of an injury or medical condition may benefit from physical or occupational therapy services at the Diamond-Coal City Campus. Patients receive one-on-one therapy – never in a group setting – from highly qualified, licensed therapists. Our therapy team stays in close touch with your physician to deliver focused, safe and effective care.

Spyro Analytis, M.D., Internal Medicine
As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Spyro Analytis provides primary care services for adult patients.
Dr. Analytis joined the medical staff at Morris Hospital in 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Athens and completed an internship and residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Darakhshan Anjum, M.D., Pediatrics
As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Darakhshan Anjum cares for patients ages newborn through 17. Her focus is preventive medicine and management of health in infants, children and teens, including monitoring of growth and development, illness management, behavioral health, nutritional counseling, immunizations, and physical fitness. Dr. Anjum has a special interest in adolescent medicine and travel medicine.
Dr. Anjum believes in creating a comfortable, strong bond with her patients and their families in order to address any of their medical concerns. She firmly believes in preventive care, so age appropriate guidance is a priority during every visit.
Dr. Anjum came to Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers after having worked at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa. She received her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan. She completed a pediatrics residency at Geisinger Medical Center. She is board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics, and she is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Anjum loves spending time with her family, including her two sons and daughter. She is married to Dr. Faiz Rahman, a pediatrician with Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers.

Stacey Johnson, F.N.P.-B.C., Family Medicine
As a family nurse practitioner, Stacey Johnson is specially trained to care for patients of all ages, from babies to seniors. She is an excellent resource for preventive care, routine check-ups, physicals, acute and chronic conditions, immunizations, screening tests, behavioral health, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She holds a Family Nurse Practitioner certificate, allowing her to order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose disease, provide appropriate treatments and prescribe medications.
Stacey received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Ill. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has completed the University of California Irvine Train New Trainers Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nurses.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Stacey was a registered nurse at Morris Hospital for 19 years and was named Nurse of the Year in 2008. She is a Wilmington native and has resided in Coal City since 1995.

Heidi Miller, F.N.P.-B.C., OB/GYN
Bringing more than 20 years of nursing experience, Heidi Miller joined Morris Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists in 2022.
As a nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, Heidi provides care for women at all stages of life, including women’s preventive health, reproductive, menstrual and hormonal disorders, menopause and gynecological conditions including fibroids, endometriosis, and birth control. In this role, Heidi believes the opportunity for one-on-one care allows her to build meaningful, lasting relationships with her patients.
Heidi received a master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, and she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University, Romeoville, Ill. She is a licensed and certified surgical assistant, and is certified as a nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery for 20 years.

Ahmed Eldib, M.D. Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Ahmed Eldib is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon in adult reconstruction, specializing in hip and knee conditions and lower extremity related orthopedic trauma. His surgical expertise includes total knee replacement, total hip replacement, partial knee replacement, total hip and knee revision, and patient specific total knee replacement. Dr. Eldib is trained in Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery.
A native of New York, Dr. Eldib completed his medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn. He continued his medical training at SUNY with an orthopedic surgery residency, followed by a move to the midwest for an adult reconstruction fellowship at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Skokie, IL.
In his interactions with patients, Dr. Eldib focuses on patient-specific care. He believes in having an open line of communication with his patients in order to best understand their needs and make patients active partners in their treatment.

Raymond J. Meyer, M.D., Orthopedic Surgery
A board certified general orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Raymond Meyer focuses on arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine related injuries with an emphasis in shoulder and knee reconstruction.
As the team physician for Joliet Catholic Academy, he has the opportunity to work with athletes on a regular basis.
Dr. Meyer graduated from Loyola University – Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago in 1991, and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He then went on to complete a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center in Minneapolis, Minn. He joined the Morris Hospital Medical Staff in 1997.

Stephen Treacy, M.D., Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine
Board certified in both orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, Dr. Stephen Treacy treats patients with injuries, fractures and conditions of the upper and lower extremities, including the knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. He specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery.
Dr. Treacy received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency and general surgery internship at Tulane University School of Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals in New Orleans and is fellowship trained, having studied sports medicine at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center in Jackson, Mississippi. How do I prepare for my appointment?
Before your appointment, please go to our Forms Center and download and complete our Healthcare Centers – General Patient Registration Form before coming in for your office visit.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete registration and a health questionnaire. If you are a new patient, please arrive 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.
When you come for your appointments, please remember to bring the following:
- Driver’s License or a valid ID
- Insurance information
- Referral Letter (if required)
- Medical records from previous hospitals and providers including lab results, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc., along with any other relevant information about your medical history

Can a friend or relative bring a child under the age of 18 to their exam?
A parent/legal guardian must be present for well child exams.
For acute/sick visits, a parent/legal guardian must be present unless the parent/legal guardian has completed the Just In Case form or called the office in advance to make arrangements.

What is Prescription for Fitness?
Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers and the Morris Hospital YMCA have teamed up to improve the health and wellness of area residents by offering a Prescription for Fitness program. Through this innovative initiative, patients will receive a FREE 30-day membership to the Morris Hospital YMCA when they are referred by a Morris Hospital provider.
The Prescription for Fitness membership includes a free fitness orientation. If you choose to join the Morris Hospital YMCA at the conclusion of your FREE 30 days, your joiner’s fee will be waived if you have visited the Y at least four times during your first 30 days.
