Falls are the leading cause of injuries and deaths for seniors. Our FREE Fall Prevention Awareness Day will include screenings, speakers and activities focused on preventing accidental falls. Join us for this open house style event to learn more about: exercise that help prevent falls, medication interactions, assist devices, interventions to make your home fall proof, vision recommendations, and Lifeline and Medication Dispensing services from Morris Hospital. The event also features fall risk screenings, light refreshments and giveaways. Be sure to bring your medication list. Registration is not required.
