Family Medicine Physician joins Morris Hospital
May 17, 2019, MORRIS, IL – Local family medicine physician Bradley Lawton, M.D., will be relocating his office to the Morris Healthcare Center of Morris Hospital at 1300 W. Dresden Drive in Morris, effective June 3. The office is located just one block south of Route 6 at the corner of Lakewood Drive and Dresden Drive. His phone number will change to 815-942-5200.
The move is the result of an affiliation agreement with Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers that will allow Dr. Lawton to focus solely on patient care while Morris Hospital manages the business aspect of his practice. Dr. Lawton has served on the Morris Hospital Medical Staff since 1999.
As a board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Lawton provides primary care for children ages 2 and older, adolescents, adults and seniors. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, Dr. Lawton provides a wide range of care, including preventive care, routine checkups, health risk assessments, immunizations, screening tests and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Lawton completed a three-year residency in family medicine at LaGrange Family Practice Residency Program in LaGrange, Ill. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Rockford. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
