Paying your Morris Hospital bill just got easier!
November 20, 2024, MORRIS, IL- In response to patient feedback, we have made some changes to improve our billing customer service. As always, our goal is to provide patients with the best experience possible.
Please note, patients who were on an automated payment plan prior to 11/11/24 will be contacted to establish a new payment plan due to merchant and vendor changes. If you are currently on a payment plan, you can expect to receive a phone call from Morris Hospital and an updated statement with an important message about your payment plan.
Enhanced Billing Features for All Patients:
- Statement Improvements with a clean, fresh new look for easier readability and a Quick Pay QR code to save you time when making a payment or accessing our new online billing platform.
- New Online Billing Platform with quick, easy and secure access and no need to remember passwords. Our online billing platform is designed as a self-serve tool where you can manage your own payment, automatic payment plans, set up preferred electronic statement delivery, and securely store financial details.
- Digital Communications including text, email, and web chat so you can communicate through your preferred preference. Don’t worry, we’ll still be available by phone. In fact, we have a new highly engaged team ready to work with you. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call 815-364-8913 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Increased Staffing and Healthcare Knowledge to improve call wait-time and/or billing inquiries.
Patients enrolled in the Morris Hospital patient portal can continue to pay their bills within the portal. You can also continue to pay bills by mail, by phone, or in person at the cashier’s window at the hospital.
