Nutrition Counseling

Did you know that making good food choices every day could help you prevent disease, positively affect other medical conditions or even improve your general well-being?

Whatever your goal may be — losing weight, increasing energy, changing food habits, or preventing disease or complications from a current medical condition — outpatient nutrition counseling with a Morris Hospital registered dietitian provides you with the knowledge to help you succeed in improving your overall health.

Our Registered Dietitians can teach you how to make better choices when you’re shopping, preparing or ordering food using an approach that integrates education and tools to help change behaviors and meet individual health goals.
